The Tidewalkers : NOCTUA VINSARA
The Tidewalkers: Noctua-Vinsara
"Among The Tidewalker clan of the shores of Eukattakar, there is rumoured to be a 'Vinsara' a diviner of the bioluminescent algae common in this area.
The myriad shifting currents paint the waves with constantly shifting iridescent sigils and forms, used by the Vinsara to plot the direction of shoreline travel and future events affecting the Tidewalker clan. The ability to interpret these signs is referred to as Lingue-dra (sea visions).
